🔥 BOOKED, BUSY & BLESSED!! 🔥

We’ve been a little quiet on social media, but don’t get it twisted… SWEAT has been putting in WORK!! 💪🏽💛🖤

From community performances & competitions, to team outings, studio events & everything in between, here’s a look at how we’ve kicked off our 2026–27 season!
📸 A little recap of what we’ve been up to since August…

💥 Kicked things off with our annual National Night Out performances!
💥 SWEAT Crew brought the energy to Origins of Hip Hop!
💥 Royalettes showed ALL THE WAY OUT at the Hush Up Pop Up Competition & came home with some hardware! 🏆✨
💥 We’ve been making memories with team movie days, ice cream socials, car washes & more!
💥 Party on the Pavement may have been rained out, but we kept the energy going with a sweat showcase & youth battle inside the SWEAT studio!
💥 SWEAT Crew threw down as special guest performers at the Black Women’s Forum!
💥 Sparklettes took to the turf as featured performers & sideline cheerleaders for Wisconsin Lutheran College football!

🏆 UP NEXT… FALL FRENZY! 🔥
This Sunday, October 11th, FIVE SWEAT teams kick off their competition season!
CREW • SQUAD • SHORTIES • DROPS • SPARKLETTES

We’ve been making BIG MOVES already this season… & we’re just getting started! Wish these hard working young ladies good luck for a great showing this Sunday!!

🚨 BATTLE UPDATE 🚨

Due to today’s weather conditions, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Open Styles Battle scheduled for this evening.

With Party on the Pavement also being canceled today, and with so many people traveling to be part of the battle, safety has to be our top priority and we were forced to make a call that wasn’t fun!!

We’re truly sorry for the late notice. We’ve been urgently tied up with team communications related to our events today while also communicating with everyone involved in today’s battles and working through the changing weather conditions, so getting this public update posted took longer than I would have liked. & I genuinely apologize for any that!!

We were really looking forward to kicking it with everyone today and are disappointed we won’t get to make it happen. Thank you for your patience, understanding & continued support of SWEAT Fest / Street Jamz.

Stay tuned for a possible reschedule date and more chances this season to dance and compete with SWEAT!!

Most importantly, we hope everyone stays safe. 🖤

He expanded his artistry into Milwaukee’s House and Ballroom scene, contributing to categories like vogue and bringing visibility and excellence to spaces centered on Black q***r and trans creativity.
