This looked interesting so I clicked on it. I quickly realized it was AI schlock, as it apparently expects a knight to purchase a new destrier every year, but some of the things it mentions are good to keep in mind to vet & verify independently. It may turn out to be useful for use as a checklist, but posting to warn people about it rather than promote the series.
