A little Colorado inspiration

Sometimes a piece of jewelry begins as an unexpected discovery.

While visiting Colorado, I wandered into an amazing, one-of-a-kind store and discovered this fabulous longhorn skull focal ....I knew immediately it was coming home with me.

Back in my studio, I gave it my own finished touch, pairing it with sparkling black Swarovski crystals and sterling silver Navajo pearls. The contrast of black, silver and ivory gives this necklace bold Western spirit with just the right amount of elegance.

At 21” long it sits beautifully at the neckline and is finished with a gorgeous, strong, sterling silver magnetic clasp that’s as practical as it is attractive.

A little Colorado adventure transformed into a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art!

Crystal Clarity

There’s something so captivating about quartz crystal - the way it catches the light, reflects it back, and seems to hold a quiet sense of clarity and calm.

For this piece, I wanted to honor the natural beauty of the quartz by wrapping around its facets, following the lines of the stone and exaggerating them in antiqued sterling silver wire so the crystal itself could lead the design.

I paired the necklace wth cool, luminous touches of aquamarine and apatite, and created matching earrings with crystal clear Herkimer diamonds, aquamarine and apatite for extra sparkle and movement.

Quartz crystal is often associated with clarity, balance and the amplification of energy - a beautiful meaning for a piece designed to feel both strong and light.

Finished with a substantial solid sterling chain, this one-of-a-kind set created by hand in my Quincy studio.

Spirit of the Southwest

Warm antiqued copper and vivid turquoise come together in a design inspired by sun-warmed earth and brilliant desert skies. The hand forged spiral gives the piece a sense of movement, while the turquoise drop and textured copper feather complete its free-spirited Southwestern character.

Moonlit Tides

Abalone holds the colors of the sea-shifting from turquoise and emerald green to violet and gold as the light moves across it.

I wrapped this beautiful piece in sterling silver and surrounded it with luminous Swarovski pearls and freely moving silver drops, like water falling from a wave. The matching earrings feature abalone crescent moons-a little reminder of the ancient pull between the moon and tides.

Handcrafted in sterling silver, fine silver, abalone and Swarovski pearls.
