Sheridan’s facilities are consider some of the best in the state of Illinois for outdoor and indoor swimming. Year-round facilities include:

Indoor 25-year heated pool
Indoor diving well
Fitness room with spin bikes, row machine, eliptical, treadmill, weight machines, and more…

10-lane 50 meter championship pool
25-yard T-shaped pool with diving well (including low and high dive)

Like everything else, the cost of operating Sheridan Swim Club continues to rise. Increased costs for pool chemicals, staffing, maintenance and repairs, utilities, and other operational expenses mean we have had to make an adjustment to our 2027 membership rates.

EXCITING NEWS FOR MEMBERS!!
BIGGEST LOSER IS BACK………

Let’s get Holiday ready end 2026 a better you!

Sheridan Swim club is thrilled to announce our Biggest Loser Challenge, starting
October 3rd- November 7th

If you want to kickstart a healthier 2027, lose weight, or just get pool ready we are here for your journey.
We will be offering accountability and support through a Facebook group page and weekly weigh-ins. The group page will consist of shared ideas for healthy recipes and exercise as well as be a source of inspiration and support.

Here's how the Biggest Loser Challenge will work:

To start the challenge participants will weigh in at Sheridan Swim Club on
10/3/2026 and we will have weekly weigh ins at the club (optional) and top biggest losers for week will be announced along with Facebook accountability group, to help with accountability and motivation throughout the challenge.

These are the weigh in dates:
October 3rd mandatory 1st weigh in,
10, 17, 24,31
November 7th final weigh in

November 7th will be the final weigh in and the person who has the highest percentage of weight loss will be our Biggest Loser.

We will begin another that day.

Entry fee is $10 and prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place winners.
