Owner of MINDBODYABODE went from urban to rural and is now humbled in an alternative home, off-grid on 10-acres, in the foothills of the Olympic National Park.

Our Story

MINDBODYABODE was born out of defiance. When most were working to climb the corporate ladder and attain mortgages, Ashley went the other direction. When most chased the long-term dream of attaining ‘Paradise,’ she re-aligned her entire life to grab it now.

The story of this company stems from sleepless nights and tough questions about priorities and morals. When Ashley found she needed to re-define her Paradise, to stand apart from cultural norms, it was only then that she realized so much more about life had to be unlearned as well.

MINDBODYABODE would serve as a place to re-align core values and a lifestyle so unique to each person who finds their way to her studio.
