This usually isn’t just a shoulder problem. A lot of times it’s because you’re not getting enough support from your pecs and surrounding muscles, so your shoulder ends up doing more work than it should.

Skipping warm-ups might feel like saving time, but it’s actually holding you back. 🚫

❌ Cold, stiff muscles
❌ Higher chance of injuries
❌ Slower reactions on the dance floor

A good warm-up does the opposite — it activates your muscles, sharpens your focus, and sets you up for your best performance.

At On2, we remind dancers: warming up isn’t optional, it’s essential. 🙌
