Join us June 23rd–June 25th for an exciting, high-energy camp your dancer won’t want to miss. After an incredibly popular and sold out K-pop camp earlier this month we are thrilled to be bringing this favorite back for even more fun, confidence-building, and amazing choreography!

Now, a newly published peer-reviewed study in Frontiers in Psychology confirms what we've known all along.
📊 The Study: "Mood Changes of Children and Adolescents in Dance Classes"
Researchers analyzed 4,224 mood measurements from 256 dancers ages 5–17 and found:
✨ 85.8% of dance classes resulted in maintained or improved mood
✨ Positive results were found across all ages, dance styles, schedules, and experience levels
✨ The impact was statistically significant across the board

Some of the sweetest friendships are made right here in the dance studio. From cheering each other on during class to sharing laughs backstage and celebrating accomplishments together, our dancers create bonds that last far beyond the dance floor.
