Ben Harris Music Studio I have been teaching private music lessons for 20 years. I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a BA in Sacred Music. I studied opera and art songs.

Offering voice, piano and guitar -- private one-on-one, 30-minute or one-hour lessons in a home studio with street parking or virtual setting with experienced, credentialed instructor. As a young boy I played piano and guitar by ear and in Junior high began to sing. In high school I learned to read music form singing in choir, and I also started writing songs and musical pieces. During my high sch

ool years I had formal voice training from a voice teacher, but also had many professional musicians guiding me in all of my endeavors. I performed vocally in church, church musicals, city musicals, voice seminars. I also had a job playing guitar, piano, and singing at a local country club where I truly learned how to perform. In college my main instrument was voice. I learned and performed Italian, German, French, and English Opera. In my musical studies I learned expertly how to read music, how to write music, and to analyze music. I am trained in music theory and music history, all of which I draw upon in my music studio. All of my students not only learn how read music but we discover how music works, and we have a lot of fun doing it!
