I wrote this song, A Step Outside, a while ago but just recently got the recording to a place where I like it ! Special thanks to Danny Gonzalez on drums and Craig Kastelnik on additional keyboards. This is a tribute to the late Peter Helffrich, my mentor in the recording world where I worked for 9 years, eventually becoming his chief engineer. Pete always took a step outside "the box". A real free thinker!
