The Dance Extension was founded by Artistic Director, Maggie Dennis, in 1984, on the belief in the value of arts education specifically thr

ough dance. We are committed to integrating the tradition, discipline and creativity of dance education in an age-appropriate curriculum, and providing a well-rounded, exciting program for students of all ages 2-adult! The school nurtures students; assists them in achieving their goals; and provides them with opportunities to pursue their dreams.

This past spring we had our 2026 Dance Dedication Ceremony! We had so much fun celebrating our dancers who earned their 2, 3, 5, and 10 year pins along with our graduating seniors who earned their Étoile pins! 🌟

Thank you to all of our families for trusting us with your dancers and supporting them on their artistic journeys! ❤️

And a special shoutout to our CDE dancers and class assistants who helped make this ceremony special!
