Has anyone told you
You're a little bit nuts?
Sometimes I'm thinking
"That one's out of touch!"

The stories you tell
The faces you make
Complete with sound effects!
It's too much to take!

You get me hysterical
Till I hardly can breathe!
Then I have to sit down
Cause I'm weak in the knees!

You are so funny
It just blows me away!
You've got a great gift
And I would just like to say

That you make a difference
You certainly do!
So thanks for the laughter
And best wishes to you!

Well - what do you know!
It's that time of year
To officially celebrate
The day you came here!

To bring on the party
Whatever it takes
Put up the balloons
And bring in the cake

To laugh and to sing
And whoop it up too
To just have a great time

We've been divided
You and I
But all we've done
Is let it ride

We love each other
Way too much
To go this long
So out of touch!

For stubborn pride
We pay a price
That's just not worth
The sacrifice!

So let's not wait
Another day!

When we're apart
I'm down and so blue
It doesn't feel right
Not being with you

Too much is missing
We share all the time
So many sweet memories
Here on my mind

I love you so much
I can't hold it in
And I'll never be happy
Till we're together again

Now I'm not saying this
To make you sad too
I just want you to know
I sure do miss you!

I don't mean to gush
And make a big deal
I'd just like to tell you
The way that I feel

I want you to know
In my eyes you're tops!
I admire - respect
And really like you alot!

I like how you look
I like how you act
I like who you are
And that is a fact!

You've got it together!
So whatever you do
Don't change a thing
Because you are so cool!

*Gossip Groupies*

It seems to be no secret
That you've got alot to say
And nothing's wrong with talking
That's perfectly ok

But when your words are cutting
And you've got the outright gall
To run down other people
Then that's not ok at all!

Sure some folks will listen
They'll hang around you too
Making you feel important
Like most gossip groupies do!

And indeed you are important!
But look inside yourself
Do you really think you are
Because you step on someone else?

I look at photos
Of you and me
Thinking how
It used to be

And how I've missed you
In my life
It hasn't always felt
Quite right

Reasons why
We strayed away?
It's been so long now
Who can say?

I'm just so happy
And it means so much
That after all this time
We're back in touch!

You really hurt me!
Though I guess I know
You may not have meant to
I'd like to think so

But I can't just forget
And then push it behind
It has no intentions
Of leaving my mind!

So I wanted to tell you
This hurting won't end
Till everything's right
Between us again!
