This spring I take a sabbatical from attending spring shows, making more time for writing and design. So far, so good, as you can see from this new scarf project, Lace & Ladders. Working with one strand each of my singles weight yarn in colors Cinnabar and Bark, the scarf features lace ladders on each end with garter stitch in between. These colors play well together, and stand on their own, too. Inspired by the color experimentation of Josef Albers.
