In observance of the Juneteenth holiday, Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services administrative and park offices, adult day centers, and the Franklin Park Performing and Visual Arts Center will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026.

Park grounds, including trails, gardens, playgrounds, off-leash areas, skate parks, courts, and fields, are open to the public and provide a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to spend time together.

All recreation and community centers, the Franklin Park Pool, the Lovettsville Community Center Pool, and our splash pads will maintain normal operating hours on June 19.

All senior centers will maintain normal operating hours on June 19. There will be no bus transportation, lunch programs, or home-delivered meals.

Artwork drop off for the exhibit "Pursuit of Happiness" is Monday, June 8 and Tuesday June 9 from 9:00 am - 5:00pm. Entry form on our website or fill it out in person. Fee is $20/artist for up to 3 pieces of artwork. All mediums accepted.

The Lemonade Stand LIVE concert series kicks off at Franklin Regional Park on Thursday, June 25 at 10:30 am with Jumpin’ Jamie. Begin your day with this Kindie Rock concert for kids of all ages.
