e and the reason I started this! I've been in the DMV local music scene for 25 + years. I've been playing at local venues for years Such as T.T. Reynolds(R.I.P), The Old Firehouse(R.I.P), Fat Tuesday, Balls Bluff Basement Tavern (R.I.P.) and many other places! Unfortunately the original act venues are becoming a dying breed in the northern VA area. Having these places for me when I was younger in a band kept me alive! Music is my escape. Being a musician, a vocalist I write to help to communicate with everyone who's been down a dark road and is still searching for a way out. Enough about me. Huge thanks to all the bands, patrons and fans that came out to Memorial Weekend Metal Meltdown! I gotta say, this absolutely warms my heart to see this much love and community in what we are trying to do!! This was an awesome early birthday present. Vids and pictures to come.
