Sea grape Gallery is excited to announce September’s Artist of the Month - Beth Lane Williams, Pine Needle Sculpture.

Living in Southwest Florida, Beth has been inspired by the local history of the Seminole and Calusa Indians, and by the native plants and animals.

Using pine needles as her chosen medium, she finds a never ending supply in her own backyard.

Beth combines old basketry techniques with innovative contemporary methods in her unique art sculptures.

Sea Grape Gallery would love for you to stop in and see her beautiful and sometimes whimsical creations.

Sea Grape Gallery’s August Artist of the Month is our very talented Vicki Glynn.
Vicki’s watercolors have been described as “Soft Realism.”

She loves painting birds, fish, mangroves, beaches, sunrises and sunsets, many set in beautiful Florida!

She paints with layers of colors making textures and shapes to create the natural beauty that surrounds her bringing joy and beauty to the world.

During the month of July, Sea Grape Gallery will be featuring jewelry designer, Nancy VanTassell.

Nancy has been creating art of some nature since childhood; in 2004 she became obsessed with jewelry designing. After moving to Florida from Poughkeepsie, New York, and eventually into retirement, Nancy decided to focus on her love for jewelry making and her obsession with wire weaving. As Nancy explains, wire weaving is an age-old technique of taking different gauges of wire and intertwining them to create a design. Her pieces incorporate weaving with precious metals, and often include faceted and semi-precious stones. Along with creating her art, Nancy spends much of her time teaching jewelry skills in private and group settings.

Sea Grape’s Artist of the Month is the very talented Cheryl McClure.
Cheryl is focusing her creative passion on photographing local beautiful wildlife including the many colorful birds that inhabit the area. When viewing her many photographs, viewers can’t help feeling like they are right there amongst the wildlife. Her unique portfolio, inspired by Nature's paintbrush, is applied onto the finest Chromaluxe coated aluminum sheet using a dye sublimation process, providing the highest quality High Definition Metal Prints.

Sea Grape Art Gallery Artist of the Month of May is our very talented oil painter, Donna Pape.

Donna discovered her passion for oil painting at Main East High School in Park Ridge, Illinois. She always loved art so she continued her art education at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and the Art Institute in Chicago.
Since moving to Florida she is finding much inspiration loving the bright colors and big skies.

We at Sea Grape Gallery are honored to have her on board.
