I had a nice video meeting with Brady Valashinas and my son this afternoon. Brady graduated from Princeton University with degrees in Anthropology and Film/Video Production and went on to earn a master’s degree in Wildlife Filmmaking from the University of the West of England [in partnership with the BBC's Natural History Film Unit in Bristol, UK]. He was also a teammate on Princeton University soccer team with my son. We talked for more than a hour and I couldn’t convince him that I wasn’t worthy of a documentary film but he wants to move forward with this project. I’m both nervous and excited 😆 . It will be a short (15-20 minutes) documentary. I’ll keep everyone posted on its progress.

I’ve been encouraging my staff to provide free bottle waters to our guests, using their discretion.

Today, I reminded them again—-I even “made” it mandatory when the temperature is above 90.

Other them keeping our guest more comfortable, I want my staff to learn to interact with kindness and consideration.
