What an amazing day we had! I want to send a heart felt thank you out to our community. They showed up to support our girls. I would love to thank Darrick and Shelly Pollic for putting in so much work to coordinate this event! We couldn’t be more grateful! Aiden Penizotto and his lovely girlfriend Anna stood right beside us helping in any way they could. A wonderful little assistant Vayda (sorry if I misspelled that) and Shea Yerdon for donning a chicken suit and catching the eye of patrons. And, Jim and Heather from Off The Hook Tavern graciously let us use their space as our home for the day.

This is our first year trying travel softball and it is very expensive. This fundraiser today will help get our girls to their last two out of town tournaments in Buffalo and Albany.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank everyone that came out today. 💙❤️💙❤️

Tonight we went to an amazing event at the Everson Museum of Art for the Citi Boces Gala for the Arts. I was so humbled and surprised to receive a Community Innovation Recognition plaque.

This event highlighted students, teachers, and community members that excel in, and bring art and music to the forefront in our communities.

Two of the children in our local elementary art club, and two students from our highschool had pieces chosen to be featured.

And, our very own elementary art teacher Keirsten Jennings was recognized for her hard work-churning out future artists to color our world.
