It’s about learning how to design one intentionally—how to choose your colors, build your layers, control your encasing, preserve reactions, create movement, and turn a twistie into a real design tool.

Jackie will take you through the foundations of building clean, consistent, beautifully designed twisties, including:

✨ Encasing techniques
✨ Clean, consistent pulls
✨ Color placement and layout
✨ Avoiding muddy color combinations
✨ Designing twisties with the finished piece in mind

Then we take everything you’ve learned and turn the design over to you.
You’ll:
✨ Choose your palette
✨ Plan your color layout
✨ Decide your encasing strategy
✨ Build your own twistie concept
✨ Begin documenting your personal formulas and recipes
This is the point where you stop simply following someone else’s recipe and start creating twisties that actually look like your work.

Then we move into the luminous, reactive world of silver glass, dichro, foil, depth, and movement.
I’ll be teaching:
✨ Double Helix + dichro twisties
✨ Encasing while preserving silver glass reactions
✨ Layering and manipulating twisties for movement
✨ Silver foil twisties
✨ Artistic application and design
✨ Pairing twisties with Double Helix glass for maximum glow, depth, color, and drama
This is where twisties stop being decoration and start becoming a fine-art glass tool.

Because after creating beautiful custom twisties, we need somewhere equally beautiful to put them.
I’ll also be sharing my process for creating wire-embedded twistie pendants—turning your twisties into finished, high-end wearable glass art.

The masterclass will be hosted inside a private Facebook group that becomes our virtual classroom and resource library.
From September 1–7, new class content will be released throughout the week, including:
