FOR PRIDE I HAVE SPECIFICALLY ONLY A GF AND VEGAN MENU-To extra insure no cross contamination.

That said I am a cottage kitchen baker and those with severe celiac disease I do not recommend just because my home kitchen also contains gluten items.
Those with less severe and more intolerance only should absolutely be fine
I use freshly sanitized baking utensils and never bake gluten items along side gluten free so the prep space and oven have different batches prepped on different days to avoid cooling, preping, and baking near each other.

I even made my own graham cracker adjacent crust that uses maple instead of honey

Though I am not personally vegan and can have gluten these are those most requested items from me.

Having worked in a bakery and realizing other than taking more time its not harder to make items vegan and GF, Its apparent there is a need and desire for better bake goods access and I want to be able to provide that for others.

Stay tuned cooking up some exciting things for everyone!

A lot of people weren't fans of the menu and order when you wanted something route.
So imma work to do limited item drops over on FB marketplace

I will be offering vegan and gf options as well.

I truly appreciate all the lovely people in Pueblo asking when imma start baking again. I hear you and hope to find a system that works for everyone !
