Ms Jimmie's School of Dance

Ms Jimmie's School of Dance Dance Studio teaching Tap, Ballet and Jazz. Ms Jimmie is the only certified Dance instructor in Pryo Ms Jimmie is the only Certified Dance teacher in Pryor OK.

She was tested and certified through Dance Masters of America. She has been teaching dance for 40+ years. Her students have received scholarships for dance & gone on to dance professionally at Disney, on Broadway, on cruise ships and open their own dance studios. She taught the owners of both of the other dance studios in Pryor to dance. Ms Jimmie's studio is one big dance family. Come join in the fun!

Happy Birthday, Yvonne Chouteau! Okahoma City Ballet's first artistic director was born on this day in 1929.

Chouteau is one of the five Native American ballerinas from Oklahoma known as the "Five Moons," whose careers helped shape ballet in America in the 20th century. We are grateful for her contributions to ballet and to our organization!
