A) In the BYU Design Department's Illustration BFA program, I developed & exercised my own foundational art skills. I also participate in ongoing portrait & figure sessions as a form of continuing education and as a support to my other artistic works.
Q) What do you enjoy about the work you do?
A) When the creative light goes on, it's a wonderful thing to see! Building the knowledge and skill to support that artistic vision is such a rewarding endeavor.

For the younger generations:
Introducing art to children at a younger age will help them develop confidence in their skill levels and will also become part of their real world experience in a tangible way.
