As the region’s only dance school connected with a professional ballet company, the School of Ballet RI (formerly Festival Ballet Providence School) uses use modern, highly informed teaching techn

iques in a supportive environment. The “whole student” has the opportunity to achieve success with a well-rounded dance education, performance experiences, and connecting with stars on stage in the Ballet RI studios. The School's carefully constructed curriculum emphasizes technical skill, coordination, musicality and cultural competency through age-appropriate benchmarks. Taught by distinguished faculty, the School’s program is designed to foster a love of dance, a strong technical foundation and leadership skills. Whether you dance for fun and exercise, or because you dream of a profession in dance, the School of Ballet RI will give you the tools to develop as a dancer and to enjoy the benefits of high caliber dance education.

And with that the 25/26 school year has come to an end close! 🥳

We are so proud of every single one of our students - Creative Movement all the way through our Adults.

The growth, discovery and beauty that took place this year was so wonderfully wrapped up in our ‘Toy Shoppe Suite’ Culmination performance!

An extra special shoutout to everyone who is behind the scenes. Our faculty, administrators and volunteers make this organization run like a well oiled machine, and we couldn’t do it without you!

The end of the year brings both excitement for summer, but also melancholy - as it means we have to say goodbye to our Seniors. ❤️

Many of our Seniors have grown up through the school, starting as early as our Creative Movement classes. They have spent countless hours in our building - building both technique and memories.
Thank you all for being a part of Ballet RI, our doors are always open and we look forward to seeing all that you set out to do with your very bright futures! 🎉
