Spring Show Artist #2: Wil Rowland & Theo Pfeiffer! 🎶 “Wil Rowland and Theo Pfeiffer met last fall and they enjoy playing guitar and singing together. Wil likes the color orange but shouldn’t wear it. Theo likes the color yellow and looks spectacular in it. Theo’s favorite food is tofu, Wil prefers sweet potatoes. Last but not least is the fantastic Hotel Camper!

Originally founded in a tent within a motel, Hotel Camper is a musical project that spans Brown and RISD. Channeling artists from Maneskin to Olivia Rodrigo, our style is defined by a high-energy groove and distinctive vocals. We have connected with local crowds all over Rhode Island, and we couldn’t be more excited to get to the S@B community.

Our second artist for Friday’s show is Xander Lee!

Xander Lee is a singer/songwriter/producer from the Bay Area. Equally inspired by the exuberant, colorful soundscapes of recession/hyperpop and the confessional, soul-baring lyrics of emo music, Xander pairs lyrical storytelling with creative sound design and production that tips traditional pop songwriting on its head. Xander’s debut LP “Things I Cannot Control” is available to stream on all platforms.

Kicking off our first artist for our Friday show is Ann Gray!

Ann Gray is a captivating singer-songwriter from Norfolk, Virginia. Winner of the 2021 TasteBreakers Music Contest, her songs pair the whimsy of youth with the complicated nature of growing up in the modern age. Ann Gray’s eclectic debut EP “Foolish”, received glowing reviews and regional acclaim, picking up a Veer Music Award nomination for “Best Acoustic/Folk”. In 2022, Ann Gray released a series of new singles, and a holiday EP, herself, as well as a new EP by Times New Roman, a duo project with her cousin, Viv. Ann Gray’s first full length album “The Half Of It” was released on January 27, 2023 and was featured as Out of the Box’s Album of the Week. Ann Gray has stayed busy in 2023 with live shows, radio appearances and steady work on new songs in the studio. Keep an ear out for more soon!
