Feeling overwhelmed or confused when you walk into the fitness center? Have fitness goals that you would like to accomplish? Needing motivation to go to the gym? We have you covered!

Prospect Heights Park District Fitness Center is now offering personal training!

Register today for either 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions which includes a complimentary fitness assessment at no extra charge, to figure out your fitness path. Register at phparks.org.

Kick into confidence this summer with Tae Kwon Do at the Prospect Heights Park District! Youth ages 5–18 will learn exciting hand & foot techniques, build discipline, improve focus, and have a blast in a safe, supportive environment. Whether your child is brand new or already loves martial arts, this class is designed for all skill levels and lets students learn at their own pace! Just wear loose-fitting clothes to the first class and get ready to kick, punch, and have fun! Spots are limited — register today at phparks.org!

Join the new OTA NFL FLAG Football League this summer with partnering park districts including Prospect Heights Park District! Boys & girls entering 1st–8th grade will compete in a fun 7-week season from June 7–July 28 (no games July 5), ending with Playoff Sunday on August 9 to crown the league’s first-ever Champion!
✅ Sundays only
✅ NFL team jerseys included
✅ Hosted at 1 location each week
✅ Volunteer coaches needed!
Total cost: $219 ($189 league fee + $30 jersey)
