Tons of bodies coming off the machines. Or wait, is this pic almost 30 years old. If you know you know.

The SmoothFeed detents are offset from one another on both the fore-aft and vertical axes. We are likely shipping with loader delay set to 0😮

The Picasso is hand anodized like Pablo himself by Ryan Hall at Arc Anodizing doing each of the bazillion facets by hand.

This Prism is unpolished, right off the machine. The customer units will be polished of course and we added an hour of cleanup machining to make polishing easier. Custom extrusion to get the highs and lows if the facets🤙

We’re proud to introduce the Adrenaline AIRE Customizer—the first AI-powered customizer in paintball.

Customers can now use a purpose-built tool to help create and visualize their full-custom Adrenaline Luxe AIRE before ordering. Describe your idea in ordinary language, choose Dust, Polished, or 3D / Dual Finish, refine your design through multiple clean views, and download a complete design package when it is ready. It then allows customers to select one of our various anodizers and routes them to the appropriate order page with instructions and pattern uplods.

Your New Idea. Your Fresh AIRE. Now you can see it take shape.

Explore the Customer Design Gallery and start creating:

AI renderings are design visualizations. Final production is subject to Adrenaline review and feasibility.

One of the items we are wrapping up while in Taiwan. The injection molded tip for our Adrenaline AIRE Lock-Tip Bolt System. It enters from the rear, cannot shoot out and the injection molded material should be extremely durable. I told them I want to change the color on the actual run to Royal Blue to closer match company colors.

Great bunch of guys

This week the guys bring on James Graley from Adrenaline Paintball ...

Was going great testing the new Aire at Tri-State Paintball Park under the lights until the 3D printed test feedneck snapped (they told me it would). Thing rips though. Now off to Taiwan Monday🤙

You may notice our feedneck doesn’t thread on like a normal Luxe. It clamps on like a Shocker and most other brands.

The camera was tilted a little, so the feedneck may look slightly off in the photo. It isn’t. The thing is completely centered and symmetrical, and the loader sits dead center due to our unique feedneck.

A stupid amount of engineering went into this little area. We fancy ourselves pretty smart, but on those calls, we mostly shut up and let the guys with the fancy degrees do the talking. The SmoothFeed system ended up with weird detent locations, an odd body entry and a funky feedneck but it has no moving parts, shims or inserts (original design concepts did) and requires zero maintenance.

A pain in the ass for us. Simple for you. Exactly how it should be.
