Hey, my name is Lucy Israelson I’ve danced at Center Stage competitively for 5 years, and I’m on the Senior Dream Girls. My favorite styles of dance are contemporary and lyrical. What I love most about comps is showcasing my growth as a dancer and spending time with my team and friends. I also love boating, jet skiing and just being in the water in my free time. 💚 This is my very first year in competition dance, and I have loved it!
💙 My favorite style of dance is jazz because I get to learn a lot of new techniques in my jazz dance.
❤️ My favorite thing about competitions is getting to perform the dances we worked hard on all year in front of a big crowd!
💜When I’m not dancing at the studio, I love playing with my friends, making up my own dances, and doing lots of arts, crafts, and painting.
🧡 I also love singing and playing with my cat, Luna!

Hi! My name is Ellie Moehring, and I am a junior in high school and I am on Senior Dream Girls. I have been dancing for 12 years. My favorite style of dance is lyrical. My favorite part of competition is getting to laugh and make memories with my team and friends. I also enjoy getting to do what I love on stage!

In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family. I love traveling and exploring new places. I also love hiking, shopping, tanning, volunteering, the lake, and being outside! I value school and I am very involved in different clubs and activities!

I would like to thank my amazing parents for everything. They are the best supporters and I would be where I am today without them! I also want to thank my sister for always being there for me! I would also like to thank my friends and I am forever grateful for the second family dance that has brought me!!💗

Hello!! My name is Olivia Judd, I am on Senior Showgirls team. I have been dancing since the age of 3, this is my 15th year dancing at the studio! My favorite style of dance is contemporary. Something I love about competitions is making memories with my teammates and just growing closer with them! Some things I like to do in my free time is to hangout with friends and go shopping! Hobbies outside of dance that I like to do is golf and snowboard! I would like to thank my parents for being so supportive and giving me the chance to do something I love to do, my sister for giving me so many pep talks and hugs before I go on stage to perform, my friends for hyping me up and just be so positive, the studio staff for pushing me to be at my very best and help me grow in so many ways, and Jesus for giving me this incredible gift!

Hi, my name is Isla Bjorklund I am on Junior Dream Girls. I have been dancing at Center Stage Dance Studio for 7 years. I started recreational dance at 3 years old and started competition dance at 7 years old. Some of my hobbies are dancing, hanging out with friends and giving myself some me time. I love all styles of dance but mainly enjoy hip-hop and lyrical. What I love about competitions are that I get to watch some of the other teams do their dances and the adrenaline I get going on stage that gets me prepared. What I do in my free time is hang out with friends, going to parks with friends, and spending time with my family. I am grateful for my parents who put me in dance, my sister for always being there when I need her, all of my friends that have stayed with me throughout the years, all of the Center Stage Dance Studio staff for making me better at dance, and most important God for always being there by my side and giving me courage to do all the things I do.

Hi! My name is Skylar Schermerhorn. I’m on Senior Dream Girls, and I have been dancing for 14 years. My favorite style of dance is jazz, and I love performing it!! My absolute favorite thing about competition is the backstage huddles and getting each other hyped up!!

In my free time, I love to hang out with my friends and family, go to the pool, or go shopping!! My hobbies outside of dance are doing nails, makeup, and hair, whether on other people or myself!

I would also love to shout out my family for always being supportive of my dance journey, and my teachers for helping me become the dancer I am today!!

My favorite things about competitions is performing my solo, dancing with my friends, and the award ceremonies.

Outside of the dance studio, I love to dance, jump on the trampoline, hang out with friends, and spend time with my family.

I also enjoy doing crafts and organizing my room.

Hi! My name is Abby Jongeling and I am on Senior Showgirls. I have been dancing for 10 years. I don’t have one specific style I like the best, but on stage I enjoy performing contemporary the most! During competitions, I love all the energy our studio brings right before we go onto the stage. I also love cheering on my friends backstage when they are performing! In my free time I like to hangout with my friends and family, go on the lake, travel, go on walks, watch movies, and workout. Another thing I do in my free time is work at a daycare and I participate in many clubs at my high school. I want to thank my teammates for bringing so much joy into my life, I truly love you all! Thank you for making this year and every year so much fun. Also thank you to the whole CSDS staff for shaping me into the person that I am today and helping grow my passion for dance. Finally, thank you to my parents who have always supported me and pushed me to be the best version of myself!
