It’s the last day at Sauder and things are quieting down. I’ve been sitting in the hotel in a quiet area with a great view of flowers, pond and cornfields lol. Several of us just came to hook, I’ve been working on one of my newest patterns and got pretty far here. Time to go home soon and remember all the talented people I met.

It was great to see my Wisconsin friends today thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have a safe trip back home. Here’s some more photos of the rugs at the show. Enjoy I’ve been sitting in an area of the hotel, which I took a photo of here, me and some other gals that aren’t taking classes created a little Hooking pod area for us. It’s been so much fun. People are stopping by constantly and checking on our work, we’re meeting new people from lots of great places.

The Sauder Village Rug show opened up today and everybody that had a rug entered vendors and teachers got to go in for a sneak preview tonight. It was really awesome to see my Sheep Sheep Rug on display with so many other wonderful rugs that were hooked for celebration.

I made it to Sauder Village in Ohio this evening. Broke the drive by staying with a friend in WI and a campground with many people that I knew and it was such a nice day they had a fish fry and it was a nice breezy warm, non-humid day. I sat and relaxed and ended up spending the night and headed out very early this morning to finish my trip. My Sheep Sheep Rug has made it into celebration as a finalist so I brought it here to be in the show and hoping that it’ll do well. I went to Morning mass at Holy Hill, which is a beautiful shrine it was a great way to start the day

Today I spent downstairs in the new Wool area, cutting folding and arranging the wools in their new home… I think I’m about half done maybe a little bit more than a day and a half to finish up with all the Wool but it’s looking really nice and it’s feeling good now I gotta figure out what else am I gonna store some Wool in lol
