The 11th Annual Nassau International Film Festival, featuring the best in worldwide and local short films, will be held on Saturday December 5, 2026 from 6:30-10:30 pm at the AMC MarketFair on Route 1 in Princeton, NJ.

Submissions for filmmakers( films must be 20 minutes or less) will open on Saturday June 20, 2026 and the regular deadline will be October 1, 2026. Categories include fiction, documentary, animation, horror and student short films.

All submissions will be through FilmFreeway. More information is available at the festival website:

Thank you to our sponsors, festival goers, filmmakers, Nassau FF team and volunteers, AMC, Tommy’s Tap and Tavern and MarketFair staff - everyone’s contributions made the 10th year one to remember. We dropped off donated toys for underprivileged youth today with Toys for Tots and winter clothing at the Salvation Army. Thank you to everyone who donated to bring joy and hope to children under 12 during this holiday season. NFF has now donated over $112,000 in festival proceeds to various non profit organizations in the last eight years.

The 10th annual Nassau Film Festival (NFF) is only two weeks away! The festival, which will be held on Saturday December 6, 2025 from 6:30-10:30 pm at the AMC MarketFair in Princeton, will screen 22 local and worldwide short films representing the best of 2025. NFF has been rated as the #1 comprehensive short film festival in NJ. Over the years, NFF has donated over $102,000 of festival proceeds to different non-profit organizations. This year’s recipients are Toys for Tots and The Salvation Army. Festival goers are encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy/winter weather clothing to the collection site at the festival to bring a message of joy and hope during this holiday season for underprivileged children up to age 12.
Please be a holiday hero to these children and buy your tax deductible ticket to the festival (at nassaufilmfestival.org) and watch the best in worldwide films. Even if you cannot make it to the festival, buy a ticket, make your donation and know all of your money is going to two important non profit organizations.
