🚨 Elmore Electric is Heading South to Help with Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief! 🚨
Our Elmore Electric team is coming together to volunteer in the southern communities recently affected by Hurricane Helene, and we need your help to make an even bigger impact!
We’ll be collecting non-perishable items to bring down and distribute to those in need, and we’re asking our amazing Illinois Valley community to step up and lend a hand. The team will be leaving Friday afternoon, so we kindly request that all donations be dropped off by then!
Here are some of the items most in need:
Bottled water 💧
Baby wipes 🧴
Diapers (all sizes) 🍼
Women’s sanitary items 🩹
Non-perishable food items (canned goods, pasta, rice, etc.) 🥫
First aid supplies (band-aids, antiseptic wipes, etc.) 🩺
Toiletries (toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant) 🧼
Pet food 🐶🐱
Blankets and towels 🛏️
Flashlights and batteries 🔦
Garbage bags and cleaning supplies 🧽
Face masks and gloves 🧤
How to Donate: Drop off your items at our Elmore Electric office, located at 205 North Street, Dover, IL, on Route 34 at the Northeast edge of Dover. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Every little bit helps, and together, we can make a real difference for the families affected by Hurricane Helene.
