✨ What a weekend. ✨

As the sun set over Mercer Street last night, we found ourselves reflecting on a truly beautiful few days in downtown Princeton. Our hearts are full. 💛

Photos and videos from the festival are coming soon, but in the meantime, we simply want to say thank you.

To our sponsors, community partners, staff, volunteers, artists, vendors, performers, businesses, city departments, media partners, and every single person who showed up to make the weekend so special, thank you for helping create something beautiful together.

A special shoutout to our presenting partners and supporters WVU Medicine/Princeton Community Hospital, Xfinity, City of Princeton, Public Works, Fire and Police Departments, and Princeton Rescue Squad, and the many businesses of the Mercer Street Grassroots District whose presence and investment make this neighborhood such a fantastic place to be!

Thank you to Appalachian Power for making the FREE waterpark possible, and to Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center with support from the Mercer County Commission for bringing the FREE Ferris wheel downtown. 🎡

And special thanks to Princeton Renaissance Theater and Community Connections, for providing such an epic backdrop and your longstanding partnership in the ongoing renaissance of Mercer Street.

To the fantastic vendors, entertainers, food trucks, community organizations, and artists who filled Mercer Street with life, creativity, music, laughter, and connection, thank you for your presence and energy in co-creating a beautiful day.

And to YOU, every person who walked the street, supported local businesses, danced, shopped, ate, laughed, rode the Ferris wheel, watched a performance, or simply spent time with neighbors: thank you for showing up for community.

It feels like a beautiful new horizon is opening for our downtown, and we’re excited for all that’s ahead. 💛

TOMORROW, Mercer Street comes alive!
And this year, we’ve made it easier than ever to enjoy the day.

🚎 Catch the FREE trolley and ride from one end of the festival to the other (10 AM–5 PM). If walking the full route feels like a lot, just watch for it and hop on!

Want to skip the parking hustle? Park FREE at Princeton Church of God at 250 Oakvale Road, and catch the trolley downtown.

💜 Need a breather from sensory overload or just a quiet moment? Look for the PURPLE tent in front of Stages Music School (855 Mercer Street) — a decompression space for anyone needing a reset.

🎶 The music continues…

After a beautiful First Friday last night, we’re already looking ahead because a week from today, Celebrate Princeton Street Fair fills Mercer Street with live music and performances all day long.

🎻 From the folk-punk energy of Trad Warlords to the soulful sounds of the Jordan Dyer Trio, the beloved groove of Old Soul Reunion, and the powerful roots Americana of Alabaster Boxer there will be music unfolding throughout the day alongside cirque performances by Fluidity Performance Troupe, student showcases, acoustic performances, and all kinds of family fun.

🎡 Whether you’re coming for the performances, the vendors, the Ferris wheel, the waterslides, the food, the fantastic businesses in the neighborhood, or simply the joy of running into neighbors on Mercer Street, a beautiful day awaits✨

🎡 Celebrate Princeton Street Fair is almost here… and this year, we’ve got GREAT news. 💦

For the first time ever, the waterslides + bounce house play park will be completely FREE thanks to the generous support of Appalachian Power 💛

That means the water slides, bounce house, and family fun zone that families have loved for years will be free for everyone to enjoy this year.

And that’s just the beginning…

🎡 FREE Ferris Wheel presented by Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center, with support from the Mercer County Commission
🎶 Live music + cirque performances all day
🛍️ Vendors, artists & local shopping
🍔 Food, treats & community fun all day long
