Finally finished my Santa

Wow! I still can't believe how well my carvings did in the Utah Valley Woodcarvers show. I am very happy. My Noah's Ark took it all best of division, best of advanced and best of show!!! It was a fun project that I worked on for the last two years and I have plans of adding more animals.
Thanks to everyone at Utah Valley Woodcarvers club for making my day!

Hi to all my woodcarving friends. Just want to remind everyone to be sure and wear a safety glove when carving and keep your tools sharp.
I was just going to carve a little and my glove was hiding in the couch cushion. I made one cut and thought 'I should sharpen my knife and two seconds later, the knife slipped and I ended up with four stitches.
