We had 27 Warriors show up to take on the challenge of completing our Fitcore Obstacle Course. As always, spectators were treated to displays of athleticism and grit by all our competitors. Not only did the competitors put on a show, but they battled the heat to do so. An event like this does not happen without the collective efforts of many people. Thank you to all the competitors, committee members, day of volunteers, The City of Preston, The Preston Times, Moma Jโ€™s Entertainment, Spectators, and those taking pictures and video of the event. A special shout to Lyons Tae Kwon Do, from Clinton, IA who brought a large team of athletes again this year! All of you are much appreciated! Spread the word, our Fitcore Course is something special and unique. Make sure to check out the picture of the race results. As a side note, we had a wide range of age groups competing. We even had a few competitors in their 50โ€™s and one in his 70โ€™s, showing that you can be an athlete at any age. Nate Langrehr tied Brad Petersen for the course record at a time of 1:54. As we gather pictures from the event we will make additional post.
