🎶Pride of Prescott Marching Band Parent Night 🎶

🎺Please join us tomorrow, July 31st at 6:00 PM for our annual Parent Night!

Our students have been working incredibly hard during the past two weeks of band camp, and they are excited to show you everything they’ve accomplished. Come support these amazing musicians and get a first look at the progress they’ve made so far this season!

We’ll also be serving dessert and holding a parent meeting to discuss important marching band information, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and everything you need to know for a successful season. 🧁🍬🍩☕️

Dear Parents,

Please help spread the word that there is a Marching Band Parent Meeting on Monday, July 20th, at 7:00pm, in the Band Room.

We'll be covering what to expect during the upcoming season, review important information about our Away Camp at Wamatochick, and answer any questions you may have. I'll do my best to keep the meeting brief while making sure everyone leaves feeling informed and prepared.

We're also putting together a supply station for students who may need a little extra support this season. If you're able to donate, we'd greatly appreciate any of the following items:

Deodorant
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Black Socks
Bug Spray
Sunscreen

Every donation helps ensure that all of our student shave what they need to be successful and comfortable throughout camp and the season. If you are aware of any local businesses that may be interested in sponsoring some of our needs, please let me know.

Skilled Volunteers & Donations Needed! 🔨

The Prescott High School Marching Band is looking for volunteers with carpentry, construction, woodworking, welding, painting, or general fabrication skills to help build this season's marching band props.
We're also seeking donations of materials and funds to help cover the cost of supplies.

If you can donate your time, skills, materials, or financial support, we'd greatly appreciate it. Every contribution helps us create an amazing experience for our students!
