🎆 Let's party like it's 1776 — because America is turning 250! 🇺🇸

Fire up the grill, grab a slice of watermelon, and save room for that second helping of potato salad. There's nothing quite like it: kids waving sparklers, burgers sizzling, the whole neighborhood counting down to the first big BOOM overhead. And this year, the celebration is extra special — a quarter of a millennium of freedom, fun, and stars and stripes. 🌭

So kick back, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy every hot dog, every hug, and every firework with the people you love. 🎆

We so appreciate all the law-enforcement that comes out every New Year’s Eve to help us ring in the Boot Drop safely. We hope you’ll come and honor them and all first responders this Friday night!

Mark your calendars and join us at Courthouse Plaza this Friday, Jan. 9, at 5:30 PM to show your support for law enforcement 💙

For the 5th year in a row, the Courthouse Plaza Christmas Lights will turn blue in honor of National Law Enforcement Day and to recognize our local heroes. Local law enforcement leaders will also share a few words during the event.

We hope to see you there as we stand together in support!
