Quartz Ensemble

Quartz Ensemble Quartz Ensemble is Northern Arizona’s newest professional choir.

Bringing together singers from across Arizona and the west coast, the ensemble’s mission is to bring the highest quality choral singing to the tri-cities area. Founded in 2021, Quartz hopes to form connections between artists and audiences in an attempt to bring hope and beauty into the Prescott, Arizona area, from which our name is derived. We are excited to offer two varied programs in the 2022-2023 season, including another collaboration with the Arizona Philharmonic. Join us as we dive into music from the Renaissance to the present day, featuring works by Caroline Shaw, Aaron Copland, Dale Trumbore, and Felix Mendelssohn amongst many others!

Following the Carmina tutti, Quartz began work on our repertoire for our Palm Sunday performance at Church of the Good Shepherd led by Artistic Director Joshua Harper. It’s going to be a fantastic weekend of music!
