Sorry I haven't been on the site.
My husband, Bob, passed away. I have to take care of all the things that a widow must do. I don't know when I'll be able to get back to making quilts. Thank you for understanding.

I am attempting to do animals with different fabrics. I will sketch them onto paper then transfer them to fabric. Doing different stitches to see which ones I like. If I like some of the results I will post some. They are time consuming so it might be a few days before I get there.

Medical problems have prevented me from posting. I am trying to get better and hope to resume posting sometime this month. Thank you for staying in touch.

This is the latest quilt to come off my longarm machine. It still need the binding and a name. I took the pattern from a magazine which shows this cat on a table runner with pumpkins. The quilt is approximately 65 x 66. It has birds on the back because cats like to chase them. The back is flannels and it has batting in the middle.

Just finished this quilt. Tote was enhanced with a strip of the fabric on the backside of the quilt.

The last couple of days were yuck. My long-arm machine quit working. Couldn't find anything wrong with the electricity. Made a visit to Central Sewing. He gave Bob a couple of ideas and if they didn't work he would be happy to sell me a new machine. Luckily Bob solved the problem. I am happy quilting without spending a ton of money. But I am wary because this machine has over 14,900,000 stitches counted.

Here is the first quilt of 2020.
It was challenging keeping all the trees growing up and the clouds horizontal. The complimentary scenic prints became the tote. The Moose tried to hide behind the trees but I found him. The snowy owl reigns over the scene.
