This Friday at The Lyric, we're bringing you a full day of entertainment!

⚽ Start your afternoon with a USA vs. Australia FIFA World Cup Watch Party as Team USA takes the field in a crucial World Cup matchup. Join us at 2 PM to catch all the action live on the big screen and cheer on the red, white, and blue!

Then stick around for an evening of incredible live music as The Lyric welcomes a true celebration of American roots music with The John Bull Blues Band featuring Peggy Walker.

Blending blues, jazz, soul, and classic R&B, John Bull and Peggy Walker bring decades of experience, talent, and authenticity to the stage. A member of the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame, John Bull is known for his soulful vocals, masterful harmonica playing, and unique ability to bridge the worlds of blues, jazz, and soul.

Joining him is the legendary Peggy Walker, whose career reaches back to the golden age of soul music. Performing as Peggy Gaines in 1960s Nashville, she recorded hit R&B singles and appeared on the nationally televised music program Night Train. Together, John and Peggy deliver a powerful musical experience filled with timeless songs, rich stories, and unforgettable performances.
