🏴POLICIES UPDATE🏴
Due to an extremely unusual amount of no shows lately I am unfortunately forced in this direction...
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY all booking fees for NEW CLIENTS will be $50, returning clients will remain at $25 fee.
I ask that you arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early, and the grace period for tardiness is 5 minutes past your appointment time. I schedule my day very strategically around appointments so any imbalance of timing can really throw me off. Please let me know if you're running late or need to cancel, or whatever the case may be, so we can make accommodations. If you do not communicate with me, and you are late, your appointment is cancelled and you will have to pay a new deposit to rebook.
No exceptions!
I really hate to have to be like this, but this is costing me money when I come in, open up the shop, set up for a client, and then sit around twiddling my thumbs, waiting on nobody. It's a waste of my products and honestly, my time, that I could have scheduled someone who would have gladly accepted that spot and followed through. If you know me, you know I'm extremely understanding and try to be as flexible as possible when last minutes cancellations happen, because I get it, things happen. I've been dealing with scheduling appointments for like 10+ years, I've heard every reason to cancel that you could think of, so trust me when I say, I get it, and I understand and it's probably no big deal, let's just rebook.
But just totally ghosting me on an appointment YOU booked isn't cool at all🫠
Also, you MUST bring your physical I.D. with you. Per ADPH requirements, I have to make a copy of your I.D.
for the records. A picture of your I.D. is not acceptable.
