Good Afternoon!

We had a great concert yesterday afternoon at the St Joan of Arc festival which marks the end of our summer season.

This concert was also bittersweet for us as it also marked the last concert with our current conductor Dennis Wollam. Dennis is moving to North Carolina with his family and we wish him nothing but the best and thank him profusely for turning our group into what it is.

Fear not! We will continue on as we welcome Rob Cebriak as our new conductor beginning with our next rehearsal on September 8. Rob is the current band director at Gahanna Lincoln High School and has taught with Dennis. We are in VERY good hands and are looking forward to what Rob has in store for us!!!

Our next concert will be a Christmas concert at Faith Life Church in Powell on December 6 at 4:00 and of course we will be back in the summer of 2027 with our concert series at the amphitheater at Powell Village Green.

Hope to see everyone in December and of course next summer!

CONCERT UPDATE

Due to concerns for the weather and concerns over the condition of the grass area in the amphitheater, we are cancelling tonight’s concert.

We would like to thank everyone who came out to see us in June and July and promise to deliver more great concerts next year.

Again, tonight’s concert at 7:30 at Village Green Park has been cancelled.

Second summer concert in the book. It went great! Thank you to our friends with Capriccio Columbus for providing a wonderful vocal addition to the concert. Thank you for those who attended the concert. See you all on August 16 when we welcome the Delaware Community Concert Band to join us!
