We are excited to offer piercing services with two piercers to choose from throughout the week! Jake Gentle-Hands has been piercing since 2009 and has been an active business member of the APP since 2014. Jake has also attended the Fakir Intensives in San Francisco and is the owner of the studio. Jake would love to be involved in larger gauge piercing and punch projects you might be considering. L

indsey Wright has been working in studios as a counter person since 2011. She apprenticed under Jake at our studio and graduated her piercing apprenticeship in 2018 and has been a business member of the APP for as long. Lindsey loves doing conch piercings with unique jewelry choices. In the midst of the pandemic, we are abiding by a strict appointment-only basis. A fun trio of flats did yesterday, putting them over 235 piercings done since October 🤩
Done with graduation black opal cabochons from Neometal, a fun pop of color while still being smooth (perfect for healing!)
Faith is starting to work solo shifts now, offering the piercings they've graduated from doing under supervision. We will still have discounted apprentice piercings available Monday/Tuesday, with more options coming in March. Thank you to everyone that continues to support them as they continue their learning!

Exciting changes are coming to Aperture next week!
Beginning February 2nd, our hours will be expanding and we'll have two additional piercers to book with!
For our expanded hours, we will be open for two additional hours each day; Monday through Saturday studio hours will be 10am to 8pm, and Sundays will be 11am to 7pm.
Our newest piercer, will be bookable for a wide range of services and available 4 days a week. We are so happy to welcome them into our studio!
And finally, our apprentice Faith is now working solo days in addition to their supervised apprentice days. They'll be bookable for all jewelry changes/downsizes and all piercings they are cleared to do on their own (with more to be offered as they continue to learn)
