Our annual Barre to Bar event is back September 17th! This year the theme is the 1960s!!!
Join us for an open level class set to music from the 60s (thematic dancewear encouraged) at 6pm, and then we’ll walk over to the rooftop bar at Zeus Brewing Co, where drinks and snacks are available to purchase.
We’ll have fun hanging out getting to know each other and enjoying the amazing view. See ya there!

This morning Willow Dance Center hosted Washington Ballet principal dancers Oscar Sanchez and Nicole Graniero Sanchez for a master class! We are grateful for these opportunities that put our dancers in contact with some of today’s most beautiful professional performers.

Hi friends! You all have been so incredibly generous to our Go Fund Me! If you haven’t yet contributed, now would be a great time! And if you have - thank you! It would great if you could share this again with friends and family. Now that we’ve wrapped up another incredible year with Balletcollective, we’re looking ahead to fall, with activities including our annual Barre to Bar (class followed by an evening hang at the rooftop bar at Zeus Brewing Co) and our Halloween class (costumes optional but encouraged), and most importantly our ongoing weekly ballet classes for adults. Our dance community matters! Thank you!

Hey, Elizabeth here - were you inspired this weekend to join the Willow Dance Center community? We would love to have you! Even if you’ve never owned a pair of ballet slippers, you are welcome. Drop in classes are always available, and there is no need to register in advance or make a long term commitment. Levels range from absolute beginner to intermediate and pointe. The countdown is on! This Sunday July 19th at 2pm Willow Dance Center welcomes back BalletCollective for Live Choreography. Join us in the audience as a new work is brought to life live on stage set to music chosen by you. Featuring dancers from New York City Ballet and acclaimed choreographer and BalletCollective founder Troy Schumacher. Adult ballet dancers, check the schedule for a master class taking place in the morning prior to the performance. Tickets are free, advance registration required! Link in bio!
