Starting in JUNE, I will be teaching Zumba every Monday and Wednesday in Pottstown YMCA!

***note time change so that yoga classes have time clean up

4/2/25 Pottstown YMCA crew, I’m so sorry to do this last minute, but I haven’t been feeling well all day and I tried to get a sub for you but no one was available. I thought I could do it but unfortunately, I’m not feeling well and feeling dizzy and lightheaded. Class will be cancelled tonight at 6:30😔
