We’re excited to share that Pottsgrove Music Department Night at the Reading Royals is coming up on Friday, February 27 at 7:00 PM!

This will be a very special evening for our program:
Chamber Choir will perform the National Anthem on the ice and the Jazz Band will perform between periods

We’re excited to share an easy (and delicious!) way to support our students going on the Spring Music Trip!

📅 Date: Thursday, January 2, 2026
⏰ Time: 10:30 AM - 10:00 PM
📍 Location: Panda Express - Upland Square Shopping Center, Pottstown

How it works:

- 20% of all sales will be donated to support our music students
- Funds raised will be used to offset the cost of bussing for the trip

Just absolutely thrilled to be among the top 9 semifinalists in this year's B101 Christmas Choir Competition! Our students are SO excited!! 🎤🎄

After a SUPER competitive K-8 Grade Division, we are ecstatic to announce the High School Division Semifinalists for our 2025 Christmas Choir Competition by Verizon! 🤩 🎅 🎼

Voting starts Monday, December 8th! 🗳️ Tune in to The Kathy Romano Show on B101 next week, Monday, December 8th through Wednesday, December 10th to hear the Semifinalist's songs on their set days and times, and vote for who you want to move on to this year's finals! 🏆

Dear Students and Families,

As we head into a busy and exciting December, please review the following important dates and expectations for our upcoming choir events.
As per the choral contract, all choir students are required to attend both the dress rehearsal and the concert.

Wednesday, December 3 – Dress Rehearsal (5:30–8:00 PM)
Location: Pottsgrove Middle School
Arrival: Students should arrive between 5:00–5:15 PM so we can begin promptly at 5:30 PM.
Attire: Pajamas
Dismissal: Students not performing with another ensemble will be dismissed around 6:30 PM.

Thursday, December 4 – Winter Concert (7:00 PM)
Location: Pottsgrove Middle School
Report Time: 6:30 PM
Attire: Concert Black — modest, professional attire.
Not permitted: sweatshirts, sweatpants, graphic t-shirts, tank tops, or other casual clothing.

Friday, December 5 – Tree Lighting Ceremony (OPTIONAL FOR STUDENTS)
Location: West Pottsgrove Township Building (980 Grosstown Rd, Stowe, PA 19464)
Report Time: 6:45 PM
Attire: Holiday Cheer / Casual (NO PAJAMAS)
Transportation: Students/families are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
