New Wellness Resource!

Thank you to the Community Foundation of Allamakee County.

We are excited to announce our new Biometric Health Scanner & Body Composition Scale is now available at the Northeast Iowa Wellness & Recreation Center!

This equipment is available for personal wellness tracking and will be used in conjunction with the Northeast Iowa Falls Prevention Coalition to support wellness, strength, balance, and falls prevention efforts in our community.

Use of the scanner will be scheduled and overseen by the Director. Board approved guidelines are in place to help ensure fair, appropriate, and safe use of the equipment.

A special thank you to the Community Foundation of Allamakee County for helping make this wellness resource possible! We are grateful for your support of our members and community.

YOGA / AEROBICS ROOM RULES

Thank you to the Clayton County Community Foundation!
We now have new balance and strength training equipment for member use.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

Open for members until 1:00 PM daily.

After 1:00 PM, staff may unlock the room as available.

Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Fitness activities only — no social gatherings or hanging out.

No food or beverages (water is okay).

Clean and return equipment after use.

The biometric scale is by appointment only with the Director.

Please respect the facility, equipment, and other members.

Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of room privileges.

Full policies are posted on the door.
