Iām so excited to finally launch my winter project: meticulously recreated historical houses from the Strawbery Banke Museum!
First in the series is the Yeaton-Welsh House, originally constructed around 1795 by Thales G. Yeaton at 4 Mast Street in Portsmouth. Built as a rental property for local craftsmen and laborers, this historic home has now been reimagined in miniature form.
The collection is available as:
⢠a large two-unit birdhouse
⢠a smaller single-unit birdhouse
⢠an indoor keepsake featuring integrated LED lighting
All pieces are now available in the Strawbery Banke gift shop. Iām incredibly proud to share this project and honored to help celebrate Portsmouth history through these recreations.
