Check out the exhibits at Stonewall National Museum in Ft Lauderdale. Specifically: Von Steuben: Architect of American Independence. He arrived in Portsmouth 250 years ago.

Through collecting, we preserve and share the history and culture of the LGBTQIA+ community and our significant contributions to society.

Next Thursday, join us as our For You Consideration series returns! This month, we focus on cementing our past to broaden our future.
Holly Cashman, a UNH professor will highlight how q***r history is being erased and what we can do about it. She’ll walk us through how local history research is working to uncover and document q***r history despite the current political climate. In addition, she’ll highlight LGBTQ+ snapshots in history as well as how to get involved.
So bring your big beautiful brain and let’s use the write side of the pencil.
