The T2 Fitness Foundation's FREE

Spaces are limited !

12-week comprehensive wellness program is now accepting applications for our cohort that starts on September 8th in PORTSMOUTH, VA!

Programming will support Portsmouth residents diagnosed with hypertension or diabetes. Participants will learn and develop the necessary skills and strategies to inexpensively lead a permanently healthier lifestyle.
