Portsmouth River Days River Days is an annual festival held in Portsmouth, Ohio. It takes place over Labor Day weekend and spans three days.

The festival offers live music, a grand parade, a pageant, children's activities, spectacular fireworks, and delicious food.

The Friends of Portsmouth River Days Festival 2026 is introducing Local Vendor Slots, designed to make it easier (and more affordable!) for our hometown talent to shine.

📅 September 4–6, 2026 (Labor Day Weekend)
📍 Downtown Portsmouth | 4th St & Washington St

🛍️ HOW IT WORKS:
• Choose 1–5 time slots instead of committing to the full weekend
• Just $20 per time slot 🙌
• Perfect for testing the waters, part-time vendors, or busy schedules

🕒 Midway Hours / Time Slots:
• Friday: 5:00–10:00 PM

• White tent provided (no outside tents permitted)
• 1 (110V) electrical outlet per vendor
• Need more power? Bring a quiet generator

⚠️ IMPORTANT DETAILS:
• Limited spots available—vendors are selected by committee after applications are submitted
• You are NOT guaranteed a spot until confirmed by a River Days representative
• Deadline: August 1, 2026
• Set-up begins Friday at 8:00 AM (all vehicles out by 4:00 PM)
• Friday vendor helps with set-up / Sunday evening vendor helps with tear-down
• Vendors must bring all supplies (tables, displays, etc.)
• Not responsible for lost or stolen items
