Creating a SOCIAL MEDIA REEL is the topic for July's Always Free Giggle Bytes Virtual Training Session. Kynisha Daisy Ducre will be our trainer. She has much experience in this area and we look forward to her sharing her experiences with us. I will facilitate but I am still working on it. In any case, we are all clowns and can learn from each other. Giggle Bytes is held on the second Monday each month. July 8, 2024 @ 8:00 PM (EST). Zoom room will open at 7:30 PM if folks want to hang out and catch up. Training starts at 8:00 PM. Be aware the recording will start when the Zoom room is open. This way we will not miss any of the meetings because Paul forgot to turn on the recording.

Yep, I am going home today from VCU Medical Center. I passed physical therapy assessment with flying colors. Being able to stand on both legs and to distribute my weight evenly for the first time in months. This immediately changed my affect and outlook. Oh man, I am a happy man. I have nursing home care and physical therapy at home for a few weeks. Yee Freaking Haw I am getting my sea legs back.

I'm back. Went back to OR to get my new hip at 11a and am in my room at 9p. I have the same room as last time. All went well. I have a wound pump but it's pumping zip which is good. Long ni e months.

Today is a big day. World Puppetry Day, Virginia Juvenile Justice Association Spring Conference starts today in VA Beach, World Down Syndrome Day and I get a new hip and hopefully get my sea legs back.
