Ground Kontrol is celebrating ’s inaugural 🐷 PIGCON 👾 this weekend by offering unlimited credits in the arcade for convention attendees for just $6/day! Show your physical PIGCON pass to Ground Kontrol bar staff to unlock Free Play in the arcade for just $6 any day Friday 5/29 through Monday 6/1. PIGCON is sold out for Saturday, but Ground Kontrol has two weekend passes to give out to a couple of lucky folks who come out to Indie Game Night in the arcade on Thursday night (7-11pm)!

For those visiting from out of town who want to play Killer Queen, please note that the section of the arcade where you can find Killer Queen opens late at 6pm on Monday 6/1 but will be open noon-midnight Friday-Sunday. Ground Kontrol is all ages noon-5pm and 21+ only 5pm-midnight, exit-only after 11pm. Happy PIGCON! 🐷👾🙌

Ground Kontrol’s May pinball tournaments begin this week with Isaac’s free Flip City Future League mixed doubles tournament tonight and Evan’s Stern Army 3-strike head-to-head tournament Wednesday night! We’re also running high score contests on both The Mandalorian and Star Wars until the end of the month — will someone be able to break COLLASTA’s 3-month win streak? 👀 At the end of last month, COLLASTA managed to top JACKITREHORN’s leading high score on The Uncanny X-Men with a 1.4 billion point game on the last night of the contest 😮‍💨🏆 (see last photo)

The winner of any of our recurring monthly pinball tournaments will win a golden flipper keychain! Two variants of these keychains (blue/red sided and white both sides) are now available to purchase at Ground Kontrol, but the golden variant can only be won!

It’s Killer Queen West Circuit PDX tournament day! 🐝⚔️🫐🐌🥅 The blue side lounge will be buzzing with 40 tournament players all day and most of the evening, but they don’t sting (truly lovely community btw) and we’re fully open to the public — all ages until 5pm, 21+ only afterward as per usual.
